2 Storey Rear Extension and Refurb

 

Our architect put us in touch with this customer as they were looking for a company to deal with their project. We removed the dated front dormer and created two single dormers which added great curb appeal. We then built the two storey rear extension to create the open plan kitchen/diner/utility room and master bedroom with ensuite, new flooring and decorating was carried out  throughout the job. We were then called back for the landscaping creating an outdoor living area to the rear and a new block paved drive.

3 Bed House Refurb And Open Plan Living

 

This property was very dated so the client approached us with idea of an open plan living area and a full refurb.

We removed 2 internal walls and fitted load bearing structural steel beams.

We then rewired, re plumbed, re plastered and decorated.

We then fitted a new kitchen, family bathroom, ensuite shower room and ground floor cloakroom/WC.

We then removed the old staircase handrail and spindles and updated them with oak.

We finished this off with a new solid oak wood flooring throughout to match the staircase.

The customer was overwhelmed with the results

3 Bed New England Style House

 

This was one of our Favourite builds. Our architect designed this stunning new England style property with open plan living and vaulted ceilings. This was a timber and steel framed build with slate roof and Marley Cedral cladding. Again we was on this project from start to finish undertaking every aspect of the build. As you can see the results were stunning.

3 House Refurb

 

This was a very dated property when the client brought it so they wanted to put their own stamp on it. We repositioned the dividing kitchen wall to create more storage space and fitted the new kitchen with granite worktops. All ceilings and walls were plastered, new plumbing and electrics were installed along with fully tiled bathroom/Ensuite and cloakroom/WC. We then removed the old staircase spindles and handrail and replaced with oak. To finish off we laid a solid oak floor throughout with new skirtings and architrave.

5 Bed House Refurb

 

This client wanted to update their family home and knew exactly what they wanted. 

We set to work and removed all the skirting/architrave/doors/staircase and removed all the wallpaper. 

We re plastered the ceilings/ walls and redecorated. A new kitchen/Bathroom/Ensuite and ground floor cloakroom/WC was then fitted including re wiring and new plumbing,New oak handrail and spindles were then fitted to update the dated staircase. A new solid oak floor was then laid to match.

50sVille Shop Refurb

 

50sVille are a UK based Vintage Americana shop who approached us after seeing the Farm Fresh Garage showroom, they wanted us to re create a Route66 gas station theme to display all there Americana. We created this in a commercial unit for them in Essex, we sourced all the materials and as you can see I think we pulled it off, 50sVille were over the moon with the results and get many compliments from their customers.

Farm Fresh Garage

 

Farm Fresh Garage are a UK based classic American truck specialist who contacted us to re design their parts showroom, We stripped the two rooms and created an American themed parts store laying a timber floor, timber and corrugated steel feature walls and bespoke shelving units, We then built them a carport to the front of their building, The end results were exactly what they were looking for.

Edgewood Veterinary Group

 

Edgewood vets contacted us regarding some damp problems they were having in one of their branches, We investigated the problems and got to work. We removed the lower plaster on the walls and removed the damaged flooring. Once dried out we damp proofed the walls and floors and laid new commercial grade flooring and re plastered the walls. The external walls were also causing an issue so we damp proofed and re rendered them to stop any damp coming through, We were then asked to create new office spaces and living accommodation at their Purleigh Branch.

1 Bed Flat Landlord Refurb

 

This rental property just needed a new kitchen and a freshen up so we stripped out the old kitchen, replaced all the old pipework where needed and fitted new service valves, We then fitted the new Howdens kitchen, tiled and re decorated throughout ready for the new tenan.

Side extension and Open Plan Kitchen

 

On this project our client needed a ground floor shower room and an entrance hall, This was one of our smaller projects but required more groundwork as the main sewer pipe needed moving, Once we were out the ground we built this lovely little extension with matching brickwork, vaulted ceiling and Velux window. This entrance hall and shower room turned out stunning due to the great style and taste the customer had. We also stripped out their existing kitchen, fitted new pipework and electrics, underfloor heating was laid and a new kitchen was fitted.

Farmhouse Extension

 

This farmhouse was in need of a full refurbishment so we had our architect work alongside our customer to design this single storey wrap around extension, the bricks were reclaimed soft reds to match the existing house. A roof terrace was created and inside was open planned with new plumbing and electrics throughout. We then decorated the whole property and fitted a new kitchen, bathroom and oak flooring to finish.

2 Bed Loft Conversion And Bathroom

 

This farmhouse was in need of a full refurbishment so we had our architect work alongside our customer to design this single storey wrap around extension, the bricks were reclaimed soft reds to match the existing house. A roof terrace was created and inside was open planned with new plumbing and electrics throughout. We then decorated the whole property and fitted a new kitchen, bathroom and oak flooring to finish.

Garage Conversion

 

This garage conversion was very much needed by our client, Due to ill health they were in desperate need of a ground floor bedroom and wet room. We carried out the entire project without any disruption to the main house right up until we cut a new doorway in to reveal the new addition, The customer was overwhelmed and said it was absolutely perfect, We then removed their old footpath and laid a new patio area with a new fence and wider side gate for easier access to their garden.

3 Bed Landlord Refurb

 

This rental property needed a freshen up ready for the new tenants so we stripped out the kitchen/bathroom/flooring and removed some internal walls, We then renewed the pipework and fitted new service valves throughout and also renewed the electrics where needed, A new Howdens kitchen was then fitted and decorated throughout, we then fully tiled the bathroom and fitted a new suite. A hard wearing wood effect flooring was then laid throughout the property to finish, The landlord was very happy.

Timber Framed Extension

 

We really enjoyed this project, the customers were so appreciative and a pleasure to work for. This family needed extra space for there growing family so we instructed our architect who came back with four different options, Once they chose which option worked best for them we set to work, We took over the whole project from start to finish to create this perfect family home.
